The study involved at least 100 young, healthy men. Each participant had their sperm screened for levels of sperm concentration and motility. Each participant was given an egg on a daily basis, either scrambled or omelette style. After a month of eating eggs, the sperm concentration of the participants improved significantly. In the egg-eaters, levels of sperm concentration were not affected, however, there was a significant improvement in sperm motility and average swimming speed.
